The other day a video appeared on the Internet in which the Z-patriot tried to prove that Ukrainians and Russians are one people and one nation. However, her arguments quickly ended, or rather, on the second question.
The Russian woman was the first to start the topic: where did the Ukrainians come from, the channel informs “Ukraine 365“.
She stated that initially there was such a state association as Rus’. At the same time, for some reason she mistakenly decided that it was founded by the Russians and only after that a country like Ukraine appeared.
To this, the presenter replied that Kyiv was founded in 482, and Moscow in 1147.
The Z-patriot began waving her arms and saying that then everything was “common.” Afterwards I wondered, when did such a country as Ukraine arise?
To which I received an answer – 1917.
“When did Russia appear?” — the journalist asked a counter question.
This is where Z-patriot’s stupor began. As it turned out, in 1991.
“But still we are the same by blood,” — the Russian woman did not let up.
And if, according to Putin, Ukraine appeared only in 1917 thanks to Lenin, then a country like Russia only appeared in 1991 after the collapse of the USSR. All this time, such associations as Muscovy, the Russian Empire, the RSFSR and the USSR existed on the political maps of the world.
We previously reported that Putin signed a decree making it easier for foreigners to obtain Russian citizenship. However, ISW saw it as another reason that would lead to a quarrel between the Russian Federation and neighboring countries.
