The Hearing Foundation launches an exceptional support program for associations

The coronavirus crisis has created many problems for deaf and hard of hearing people, and has also created new needs for this part of the population. Organizations that help and improve the daily lives of these people require special adaptation, particularly in terms of the provision of equipment, the organization and staff.
In this context, the Fondation Pour l’Audition wishes to support non-profit associations offering initiatives to support and accompany deaf and hard of hearing people in everyday life. This demand is all the more important in a period of deconfinement in the face of social distancing measures and barrier gestures.
From May 25 to June 30, 2020, the Fondation Pour l’Audition is launching an exceptional support program to finance and support these projects up to a maximum of € 10,000. Organizations can apply directly on the dedicated Foundation for the Hearing, by filling out a form.
There are several requirements to be eligible for this program:
• You must be a non-profit organization
• The project must be linked to the current health situation and be aimed at deaf or hard of hearing people,
• The request must be filed on the Fondation Pour l’Audition website between May 25 and June 30, 2020,
The request is eligible even if the organization also benefits from support from the Fondation Pour l’Audition.
