The key difficulty in coordinating sections of the future high-speed route between Moscow and Yekaterinburg is a serious lack of time. The project is controlled at the highest level, and relevant officials are forced to work under strict requirements and deadlines. Igor Manylov, head of the Glavgosexpertiza of the Russian Federation, stated this to URA.RU during a visit to the Sverdlovsk region.

“The main difficulty is the lack of time. The tasks are very serious, and the government [России] Monitored to ensure all work is completed on time. Procedures with such complex objects take time, you need to dive deep into the main technical solutions, evaluate the cost of objects … Fortunately, the existing practice has shown that many issues can be resolved in parallel, ”Manylov told the agency correspondent.

According to the chief of Glavgosexpertiza, each section of the Moscow-Yekaterinburg autobahn is now being discussed “almost on a weekly basis” with the participation of customers, designers and experts. “Economic conditions are also difficult. But decisions were made that help us overcome them,” Manylov added. There are no other difficulties in the work, according to him, now.

At the same time, Manylov noted that the implementation of the project is ahead of schedule largely due to the parallelism of processes, which significantly saves time. “The President and the government have set the task of launching traffic to Kazan in 2023 and to Yekaterinburg in 2024. Thanks to the complete immersion of the customer in eliminating the comments of experts and finding optimal and effective solutions on a daily basis, it was possible to obtain all expert opinions by the end of 2022, ”he said separately.

In April 2021, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to extend federal high-speed highway M-12 from Moscow to Kazan to Yekaterinburg. The new highway, which the people called “Putin’s”, will be paid except for sections of already existing roads. Construction of a highway between Kazan and Yekaterinburg will cost 260 billion rubles and end by 2024.

Igor Manylov arrived in Yekaterinburg January 31st. According to the official program, his visit is timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the federal law on a unified procedure for registering rights to real estate. State Duma deputy Pavel Krasheninnikov accompanies the head of the RF State Expertise in the Ural capital.
