The Mac app is a port of the iOS app made thanks to Catalyst… and it shows. Even if the developer has made specific adaptations, like the support for keyboard shortcuts and the selection of external files, we are facing the windowed iPhone application.
The large screen of the Mac is unfortunately under exploited, which makes the navigation longer than it should. The Mac is not in any case the most appropriate platform for Streaks, which knows how to take advantage of Health on iOS, and which, by its nature, is surely used more naturally on mobile.
However, Streaks addicts will certainly be happy to be able to find their tasks on Mac – the data is synchronized via iCloud. The application is (poorly) translated into French. It costs € 5.49 on Mac and on iOS (separate purchases). macOS Catalina is required.
