The Galaxy Tab S7 is revealed through a first rendering

A picture of the Galaxy Tab S7 just leaked on the Net. The opportunity to have a first glimpse of the design of this future tablet from Samsung.

The Unpacked conference that Samsung will hold on August 5 will be particularly rich in announcements. We already know that the manufacturer will present during this event the Galaxy Note 20, the second generation Galaxy Fold and the 5G version of the Galaxy Z Flip, to mention only a few products. Now, it seems that the Galaxy Tab S7 range can also be there. At least that’s what Gsmarena suggests after discovering a first rendering of the tablet on Evan Blass’s Twitter account. Indeed, the famous leaker shared an image that allows us to imagine what the slate could look like.

Like the Tab S6 range, the Galaxy Tab S7 should normally be available in at least two versions. Samsung should offer us a standard model and a Plus version.

A redesigned design

Judging by the photo, the Galaxy Tab S7 promises a redesigned design compared to its predecessor. You can connect a keyboard and the presence of a cover on the back will improve the comfort of use.

Unlike previous generations, the Galaxy Tab S7 also seems to have flat edges. A physical characteristic that makes us think of the iPad Pro 11 (2020). The selfie camera has been moved to the long side of the screen. This touch-up should make video calls more comfortable.

A new S-Pen

Just like the Galaxy Tab S7, the S-Pen which is supposed to accompany this tablet from Samsung also presents a new design. We do not know what features it will offer.

For the rest, rumors suggest the presence of a Snapdragon 865 processor in the next-gen slate. There would be a 5G modem and the South Korean firm would have opted for 6 GB of RAM. For the display, it would be a question of an 11-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Of course, as Samsung has not confirmed any of these details, they should be taken with tweezers.
