the fuel price up by 20 Fcfa for the month of July

The price of fuel is up by 20 CFA francs for the month of July 2020 in Côte d’Ivoire, APA learned on Tuesday from an official source in the Ivorian economic capital.

The maximum retail price of petroleum products, fixed by the general direction of hydrocarbons, for the period from July 1 to 31, 2020, shows a slight increase in fuel costs.

The unleaded super goes from 580 Fcfa per liter to 600 Fcfa / liter. The price of diesel also shows 600 FCFA / liter against 580 FCFA / liter for the month of June 2020.

The kerosene remains unchanged at 555 Fcfa per liter at room temperature. This product, due to the lack of electricity coverage in some rural areas of the country, is widely used in the countryside and villages.

Butane gas prices, for the month of July 2020, also recorded a slight increase. However, the 6 Kg (B6) gas cylinder remains stable at 2,000 CFA francs, while all the other cylinders have experienced an increase in price.

The 12.5 Kg gas cylinder (B12.5) goes from 4,750 Fcfa to 5,200 Fcfa, up 450 Fcfa, the B15 Kg from 5,700 Fcfa to 6,275 Fcfa, up from 575 Fcfa, B17, 5 Kg from 6,650 Fcfa to 7,325 Fcfa, up from 675 Fcfa, the B25 Kg from 9,500 Fcfa to 10,450 Fcfa, up from 950 Fcfa.
