The investigation authorities in Giza received the forensic report of “Menna Abdel Aziz”, the girl “Tik Tok”, which proved that she was not subjected to any sexual assault, after it was presented by a decision of the Public Prosecution Office on forensic medicine; To sign a medical examination on her and indicate the extent of her sexual assault or not, and “Alaa Mustafa”, the lawyer of cassation and the defense of “Mazen Ibrahim”, the main defendant in the incident, said that he requested the release of his client with any guarantee the court sees, especially after the forensic report denied the health of the girl’s exposure Sexual assaults.
The advisor, Hamada Al-Sawy, the Public Prosecutor, had ordered the replacement of the pretrial detention of the accused Aya – most famously “Menna Abdel Aziz” – with one of the measures stipulated in Article 201 of the Criminal Procedure Law as a substitute for pre-trial detention; It obliges her not to leave one of the hosting centers specified in the “Ministry of Social Solidarity” project to “host and protect women who are psychologically, socially and economically abused.”
The “Public Prosecution” tasked the competent authorities with researching the social and psychological case of the accused and presenting the results of the research and recommendations to the “Public Prosecution”, which resulted in emotional and psychological disturbance as a result of its exposure to severe social crises since its childhood
The Public Prosecution issued a statement confirming that the rest of the defendants had gone mad against the girl, some of whom were in reality hatred of her – who was not 18 years old – and some of them assaulted her with force and threat, stole her forcibly, beat her and caused her latest injuries.
