According to law enforcement officials, on December 25, at about 21:30, a conflict broke out between a passenger and a driver of two cars near a shopping center on Volunteers Street. A man born in 1975 hit his opponent born in 1978 several times on the head.
“Thus, the men found out who has the advantage on the road. The police found that both participants are members of the Berdyansk city and district councils from different parties,” the message says.
As a result of his injuries, the victim went to the hospital with facial injuries.
On this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Intentional slight bodily injury).
