Dismissed when the perpetrators took their children to the hotel

Because he did not feel comfortable with his father’s treatment for years, the victim finally reported to the Tabanan Police Station on Tuesday (7/28/2020).
The police then conducted a post mortem and obtained preliminary evidence of rape.
In addition, officers have also obtained proof of hotel room bookings.
The police arrested MSP and named him a suspect.
The perpetrators are ensnared in Article 81 paragraph (1) of Law Number 17 of 2016 on the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 on Child Protection yo Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, the threat of punishment is 15 years in prison.
