The father of the young woman from Ernst & Young who was said to have died of exhaustion in 2007 sues the doctor

Ralucai Stroescu’s father, the young woman who was said to have died of exhaustion at the age of 31 in 2007, decided to sue the doctor who consulted her daughter on the day of her death.

“I hope that through this action, this doctor will not be able to practice, to do other damages to other patients. 9 years have passed and I do not recover,” the girl’s father was quoted as saying by ProTV.

The man claims that his daughter was suffering from diabetes, and the infusion given to her by the doctor before she was sent home did her more harm than good and led to her death.

On April 22, 2007, Raluca Stroescu, a former audit manager at Ernst & Young, was rushed to the doctor after she became ill. Colleagues said that he worked a lot, even 14 hours a day, and lately he had lost a lot of weight, reaching only 38 kilograms.

“Her tests were collected without the result being requested in an emergency and she was sent home … She was scheduled for a psychiatric consultation,” said the Stroescu family’s lawyer.

6 hours after the consultation, Raluca Stroescu died, and since then the family has not found peace.

Conform Forensic report, The death was due to severe weight loss, which led to impaired heart function, reduced muscle mass and adipose tissue and dystrophic changes in the organs.

Doctor Angela Culeva has, meanwhile, gone to work in France.

On Tuesday, the judges decided to hear Raluca Stroescu’s parents and the doctor who consulted her shortly before her death at the beginning of next year.
