The Ministry of Equipment and Water, the Wilaya of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region, the Ixnaia Community Council, the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region Council, the L’Excos Water Basin Agency, and the Agency for the Development and Revitalization of the Northern Provinces contribute to the financing and implementation of this program.
For reference, the rehabilitation of the “Old Xenaya” will constitute a strong development impetus for the Xenaya community, which is headed by Mohamed Boulaish, which is currently witnessing major projects within the framework of the integrated program for the rehabilitation and development of the community (2021-2022), which will cost a financial envelope of more than 700 million dirhams.
