The woman is suspected of the crime of personal injury through negligence, for which she faces up to a year in prison. The spokeswoman recalled in this context that similar cases were no exception. “Also in the family environment and during the visit, such unfortunate events occur, which in most cases affect children,” stated Michalíková.
