Antalya Filiz K., who works as a medical microbiology specialist at the Training and Research Hospital, came to his guest, Suna Pekiner, who is sitting on the 6th floor of the apartment on the site. Filiz K., who went to the balcony after requesting water from Suna Pekiner, fell down for an unknown reason. Those who saw Filiz K. falling, searched for 112, doctor also intervened in the woman.

Filiz K., who was then taken to the Emergency Room of the hospital where he worked, could not be saved despite the intervention. Siliz Pekiner, a relative of Filiz K., could not beat the shock he had experienced for a long time. It was claimed that Filiz K. had psychological problems. Crime scene investigation teams investigated where Filiz K. fell. While the police started an investigation about the incident, it was stated that the possibility of suicide was emphasized.
