The circular was signed by Jumeri, the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Basic Education and Secondary Education.
Jumeri, in his circular, ordered the head of the education unit to deposit the cellphone numbers of his students.
“Assigned all Heads of Education Units to complete Mobile Numbers for active students through the Dapodik application,” as stated in a circular dated 27 August 2020.
In this circular, the Director General gave a deadline to the head of the education unit until August 31, 2020.
