The De Mol family is releasing a statement because of the summary proceedings that Shima Kaes, Johnny de Mol’s ex, has filed.
She is filing summary proceedings against the State, because she believes that she will not receive an independent assessment of the report she made against Johnny de Mol last year for attempted manslaughter and aggravated assault.
The mole
The de Mol family has issued a statement about this case. ‘The De Mol family has taken note of statements made by Mrs. S. Kamali Sarvestani (calling herself Shima Kaes) this morning during summary proceedings that she has brought against the State of the Netherlands. These statements partly contain accusations against Johnny de Mol. These accusations are incorrect and have already been refuted by Johnny de Mol with reasons. The De Mol family thought it wise not to pay any further attention to these stories.’
