Al-Marsad Newspaper: Nutritionist Maryam Haji revealed the damages of cooking in pots that are scratched from the inside.

And she said during a video clip: “If your pots from the inside begin to crack, and what is under the substrate is exposed, then it is time to change them.”

She added, “The utensils are all made of materials that should not come into contact with food, and the only layer that is safe for contact with food is the outer layer.”

And she continued: “If it comes into contact with food, substances that can cause cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections come out of it.”
