Finally, after a long wait, the column bonus is coming. We are talking about an incentive that allows you to obtain a contribution equal to 80% of the purchase and installation price of charging infrastructure in houses and condominiums. The maximum contribution limit is 1,500 euros for private users and up to 8,000 euros in the case of installation in the common areas of condominium buildings.
To actually make this bonus available, the implementing directorial decrees were missing which have finally been published. Let’s see, therefore, how we can do to obtain this contribution.
The resources available for 2022 and 2023 they are equal to 80 million euros (40 million for 2022 and 40 million for 2023). There are two distinct moments to request the contribution. From the 19 October to 2 November 2023 it will be possible to request the bonus for installations carried out in 2022 and precisely in the period 4 October – 31 December. However, the deadline for submitting applications for installations carried out in 2023 has not yet been established and will be communicated at a later date.
Interested parties will be able to submit the application via the online platform which will be managed on behalf of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy by Invitalia, at the address that will be indicated before the opening of the counter.
Access can be made via public digital identity system (SPID), electronic identity card (CIE) or national services card (CNS). Once logged in, you can proceed to fill out the electronic form by following the guided procedure.
Each beneficiary (natural persons and condominiums) can only submit one application. Applications submitted will be accepted according to the chronological order of presentation and the contribution will be credited directly to the current account indicated by the beneficiary in the application. The closing date of the platform could be brought forward if the available funds run out.
