The quantity and type of drugs seized, and the schemes indicated therein, contribute to the imposition of the sanction for the drug dealers and users of these substances, with the punishment of the drug dealers addicted to cocaine and heroin, and there are two substances belonging to the first list of narcotic substances. Sometimes the sentence in these cases does not exceed 3 years of imprisonment.
