The clipboard in Windows will get a big update

Although the clipboard in the Microsoft system has been around for a long time, its functionality was rather limited. However, everything indicates that this will change in the future.

According to user entries, the new build of Windows released in Dev Channel brings with it a changed and improved clipboard. It is available through the new panel originally intended for Windows 10X. Ultimately, the solution also found its way to the system available in the Windows Insider program.

The updated clipboard, like its current version, gives us access to recently copied items. Among them there may be fragments of text or even images. In total, the system can store up to 25 different materials there. What’s more, from now on, anyone working on multiple devices will be able to use the function of syncing things from the clipboard.

It will probably take some time for the feature to reach the official version of the system. Some leaks, however, indicate that it can happen very quickly, because of the next update. Until now, it remains to use the already available tool – we would like to remind you that it can be opened with the Windows key + the V key.
