According to author Adam Hammond who broke the news of his close friend’s death on Twitter, Keith Levene is one of the most innovative and influential guitarists of all time. At the age of 15 he started out as a roadie with the symphonic rock group Yes. In the 1970s, Levene formed The Clash with Mick Jones, but left the group before it had any success.
