The city of Amiens has just been unveiled on Tuesday 8 November the eleven winners of his 2nd participatory budget in Amiens
, out of 54 files presented. They will be able to see the light of day thanks to a envelope of 1 million euros.

Which projects were selected?

In front of all we find the proposal of city ​​cannery brought from the Maison du Colonel, Friant-les-Quatre-Chênes square. The idea is to set up a kitchen workshop to combat food waste. Local residents, associations and producers will be able to work their fruit and vegetables there to make soups, preserves or jams.

In the other 10 selected projects, some give a place of honor to local history: we can mention a stroll through the streets of Amiens during the Second World War, but also provisions to highlight e advertise the site of the Trois-Vaches swamp the city has also preserved the installation of a statue to commemorate the abolition of slavery in Aimé Césaire square.
In the district of Henriville, the children of the Delpech school will be able to learn about gardening, the water cycle and the seasons in a greener playground.
