A gaping hole in the pavement and water gushing mightily : since the start of this Saturday afternoon, traffic is interrupted on the bridge between Drancy and Le Bourget, near 99 avenue Marceau because of the collapse of part of the road. Technical teams were mobilized on site to carry out repairs and set up a diversion on this major axis between the two cities.
The impressive crater formed after a rupture of the SEDIF water pipe, weakened by extreme cold. “The Bourget bridge will remain closed until Monday at least”, indicated the town hall this Saturday at the beginning of the afternoon.
