The law will come into force at the start of the 2022 school year in Polynesia. The objectives of education in terms of integration are also mentioned, in particular with the opening of the first therapeutic educational and pedagogical institute (ITEP) which will receive children from 4 to 12 years old with behavioral disorders. It will be located in Temae on Moorea. The objectives of high standards, staff training and benevolence in education are recalled.
