Disney’s purchase of Fox has opened the door to a large number of scenarios to date unthinkable. Among them, the joint episode between The Simpsons and the Marvel factory, which will hit the small screen next Sunday. A special chapter, entitled Bart the bad boy, in which the town of Springfield in full congregates at the cinema to enjoy the film The Avengers: Endgame.
Just a few months ago, specifically in January 2019, Thanos took control of The Simpsons sofa in his now traditional couch gag. A year later, the villain returns to Springfield accompanied by the rest of the characters in the saga. From Iron Man or Black Panther, who wear suits different from the originals, even an alternate version of the charismatic Groot.

But the way you think. On this occasion, the Marvel characters arrive in Springfield through the big screen. In it we can see Chinnos, an alternative version of Thanos, facing some superheroes who resemble others such as Thor, Doctor Strange, Hulk or Star-Lord by their fighting style. But this time, the villain does not resort to the Infinity Gauntlet, but to a mobile phone application known as Final judgment.
And what does this movie have to do with the special chapter? It will be the cornerstone of a plot in which Bart sneaks into an “unauthorized” trailer for the film and enjoys a series of spoilers that he will not hesitate to spread among the residents of Springfield. A fear that leads the executives responsible for the film to do everything possible so that the most famous child in town does not count anything.

Marvel and the fear of spoilers
As Fox has announced, the chapter will have the participation of the directors of Avengers: Endgame, Anthony and Joe Russo. Also featuring Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige, who voices the fearsome Chinnos, as the specialized medium Variety has announced. All this to reflect the fear of spoilers of the different directors, who have seen how social networks have become a real problem for those who have not seen the different movies.
Something that the Russo brothers have already experienced in their own flesh, who saw how people began to share spoilers about his latest film just hours after the premiere.
