The arrival of the body of Major General Mansour Al-Issawy, the former Minister of Interior, at Al-Sayeda Nafisa Mosque

A corpse has just arrived Major General Mansour Al-Issawy The former Minister of the Interior, at the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque, in the presence of a large number of families, friends and relatives of the late, during his funeral, where he died in a hospital, and the funeral will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Police Mosque in New Cairo, and the last position that Major General Essawi held before his appointment as Minister of the Interior was the governor of Minya .

The area of the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque witnessed an intense security presence in the vicinity of the funeral, and a security cordon was made during the entry of the body into the mosque.

Biography:

* The late was born on September 18, 1937 AD in the city of Esna, Luxor Governorate.

* Major General Al-Issawy obtained his primary education in the city of Esna.

* He joined the Police College and graduated in 1959, and began his police life in the Cairo Security Directorate.

* The late Major General graduated until he reached Cairo Security Inspector, then Undersecretary of the Cairo Investigation Department, and then Director of Giza Security in 1988, and continued for 3 years of continuous effort and giving.

* Al-Essawy was appointed Assistant Minister of Interior for Northern Upper Egypt in 1991, then Assistant Minister of Interior for Central Upper Egypt in 1992, then First Assistant Minister and Director of Cairo Security in 1993, then First Assistant Minister of Interior for Public Security in 1995, then appointed Governor of Minya in 1996.

* Major General Mansour Al-Issawi was appointed Minister of Interior in March 2011, succeeding Major General Mahmoud Wagdy.
