The Harry who lives in California is not as phlegmatic as the one in London, you no longer dress so elegantly nor do you have to adhere to the dress code for events. He was never seen wearing a long jacket or a top hat. California Harry is definitely casual.
According to stylist Melita Latham, the Duke of Sussex goes around the world in more relaxed clothes. It was evident during the announcement of their second daughter, Lilibet. He was with his wife, Meghan Markle, in casual clothes and with bare feet.
Latham commented that “Harry’s style is less formal since he relinquished his royal title. He announced the baby barefoot, something we’ve never seen before”.
The specialist added: “We can put it down to him living his new life in a different climate. And wearing a suit and tie probably doesn’t suit his surroundings, instead he opted for a cool and relaxed linen shirt and pants. And he showed his feet.”
Harry participates in the Better Up organization and his talks are always in casual clothes. He has never worn a tie again, except when he dressed up for Veteran’s Day in New York.
“Harry went from glamor and demand to saying ‘this is me’ through the clothes I’m wearing”said the specialist.
