The version disseminated on social networks says that the daughters of the also former telenovela actress maintained that Rivera was a better first lady than Gutiérrez Müller.
On Twitter, for example, a user shared a screenshot of a publication on the amlonoestasolo.com portal whose headline includes the phrase “Daughters of Angélica Rivera call Beatriz Gutiérrez fodonga.”

The screen capture shows an image of the wife of the current Mexican president with a superimposed photograph of Rivera and his three daughters.
The tweet has been shared hundreds of times.
On the website, the publication says: “The daughters of Angélica Rivera attack AMLO’s wife, they assure that their mother was the best first lady the country has had and they call her a fodonga. Beatriz Gutiérrez responds very politely and puts them in their place “
The link shared on Facebook with the same story leads to the site amlo4ta.com.ve, where the publication appears with the headline “‘My mother was the best first lady’, Angelica Rivera’s daughters say and they call Beatriz ‘fodonga'”.
The text on that portal says: “The first lady of Mexico has received criticism from Angelica Rivera’s daughters, claiming that her mother was better than her. Beatriz has been noted for her simplicity in her way of dressing and education ”.
The notes published on both portals contain a video from the YouTube channel “El Charro Político”.
In the video, a driver identified as Juncal Solano maintains that attacks were launched against Gutiérrez Müller through the official accounts of Rivera’s daughters.
In the publication, Solano does not show evidence that Rivera’s daughters have criticized Gutiérrez Müller on their social networks.
The video has been viewed more than 267,000 times. On YouTube, the cover image of the video includes superimposed images of Gutiérrez Müller and Rivera with their three daughters.
But the information disseminated in the publications is not correct. Rivera’s daughters have not publicly criticized Gutiérrez Müller, who since López Obrador took power on December 1, 2018, has refused to be called first lady.
