mobilinanews (Jakarta) – Wuling Motors Indonesia officially introduced Almaz RS two days ago in Jakarta. The presence of this flagship SUV from the Chinese manufacturer brings several more modern advantages compared to the previous generation.
In the media experience that was held on Thursday (18/3/2021), Danang Wiratmoko, Product Planning of Wuling Motors Indonesia, explained about the new features embedded in Wuling Almaz RS.
Broadly speaking, this model has the Internet of Vehicle (IOV) feature, making it easier for consumers to do several things.
“The Internet of Vehicle (IoV) feature is in the application, My Wuling Plus. From here, consumers will be able to operate some of the features in it via internet car technology,” explained Danang.
Some of the features that can be operated via a smartphone include Vehicle Remote Control, Bluetooth Key, Vehicle Positioning, and Geo-fencing Security.
There are also several other IoV functions that can be utilized through this new feature, such as Online Navigation, Online Music, and the Internet Messaging App, which are operated through the entertainment screen.
“If Whatsapp comes in, there will be a notification on this screen. To reply to the message, the driver doesn’t have to bother because he can do it through voice commands,” added Danang.
Wuling Almaz RS is also equipped with a modern interior design with wireless charging pad features, built in air ionizer, updates to the head unit display, as well as several additional buttons on the steering wheel that help users activate various features without disturbing the focus of driving.
