Night outings again free
This judicial decision means that everyone is again free to go out at night, but while respecting the health regulations in force, in particular the limitation of gatherings to 10 people.
This restrictive measure had already been relaxed by the state representative on May 11 during the deconfinement, by authorizing businesses to close a little later, until 8 p.m.
This curfew had been introduced in Martinique on April 1, 2020, between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., as part of containment measures, in an attempt to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
