that’s how mini campers change

In the wake of the camper phenomenon, the German manufacturer has created “boxes” for California, Caddy and Caravelle. Composed of useful accessories that make them small “mobile homes”

The phenomenon of camping is infecting car manufacturers, which are increasingly close to the sector by exploiting the van variants of their commercial vehicles. The goal is to make them more liveable and here Volkswagen has decided to introduce new modular and mini-mobile camping units for the Caravelle, California and Caddy. A kitchen area, a bed, a water reservoir and additional storage space to turn them into mobile homes, obviously spartan. Currently available in the UK (but will easily arrive on the Continent), the new camping gear sets fit neatly into existing baggage compartments. Designed for maximum flexibility, the kitchen can be set up in seconds, while the bed opens with a single movement.
