Muhammad said, “She was sick in the last period, and our Lord will have mercy on her. She did not want to tire people, and she felt that she was going to die.”
However, many artists and her family participated in the funeral of Shweikar.
It is noteworthy that Mohamed Fouad Al-Muhandis is the son of the late Fuad Al-Muhandis, who married Shweikar for about 20 years, and they presented one of the most famous duos in the history of cinema and theater, before they divorced without any of them disclosing the reason for the separation.
For his part, a medical source revealed that the cause of the death of the artist, Shweikar, in a hospital in Dokki, was due to an explosion in the gallbladder, as she was suffering from some health problems in the recent period.
