Thalys will return to Paris from next week NOW

Thalys high-speed trains will run to and from Paris twice a day from Tuesday 9 June. At a later stage, they will drive between Amsterdam and Paris five times a day.

Normally, there are ten direct trains between the two cities every day, but because of the corona measures, they did not travel further than Brussels since the end of March.

Only the trains to Gare du Nord will start running again. Direct connections to Disneyland Paris and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport are not yet resumed.

It was previously announced that travelers on Thalys trains will have to wear face masks for the time being. With that decision, Thalys anticipated the obligation of mouth masks in Dutch public transport, which was later decided.
