The film Miraculous World: New York heroes reunited will be broadcast on TF1 TFOU on Sunday, October 18 at 8:40 am for the greatest pleasures of little Lady Bug fans. For about fifty minutes, viewers will be immersed in iconic New York places and will witness new fights against the evil Butterfly!

If Thomas Astruc, creator-director of the series and passionate about comics, wanted to stage these new adventures in New York, it is because there is “two cradles of the super hero, considers Thomas Astruc. The most obvious is the United States with Superman in 1939 in comics. But France is too. At the beginning of the 20th century, we have for example the Nyctalope (hero created in 1911 who has the power to see both day and night, ndr). So there you have it, these are the two founding countries of the superhero myth. It made sense to us to bring them together to start this expansion of the Miraculous universe. “

Miraculous World: New York Heroes Reunited
To celebrate Franco-American Friendship Week, Marinette and her whole class are heading to New York, the city of superheroes. This is a dream opportunity for the group of college friends to strengthen their ties, but also for Marinette and Adrien to get closer since, against all expectations, Gabriel Agreste has accepted that his son take part in this trip!
It must be said that Gabriel also planned to go secretly to New York because he was particularly interested in the inaugural exhibition of a precious jewel: a necklace bearing an eagle’s claw that Lafayette would have offered to Georges Washington as a sign of friendship between France and the United States… A jewel which could be endowed with powers coveted by Papillon…
