On February 24th, Republican Greg Abbott played a role that doesn’t really fit a Texan. The governor had to apologize to the state assembly in Austin. The citizens are rightly outraged. At the onset of winter two weeks ago, when millions of Texans had to endure for days without electricity, water and heating, “the system failed”. The Texas system mind you.
