The chrono runs, and runs. Finally, a field goal from Matt Ammendola increased the score to 21-14 for the Greens with 3mn37 to play.
Harmless throughout the second half, the Texans will not be more on their last two offensives, with a failure on a pass from Tyrod Taylor (17/26, 158 yards, 2 TDs, 1 int) on the 4th attempt then desperate actions without consequences.
Houston for a quarter
The Texans only existed for the second quarter in this game. Brevin Jordan and then Tyrod Taylor scored to give their team the 14-3 advantage. Then nothing more. Houston ends the meeting with only 202 yards in total in attack.
The Jets did the opposite. After a difficult start to the match, marked by a nasty interception from Wilson, they gained momentum.

A touchdown from Austin Walter before the break to pick up again (14-11), then another on the ground from Wilson after returning from the locker room to pass in front (14-18). Ammendola missed a 42-yard field goal at the very beginning of the last period, but without consequence, and he did not tremble when widening the final gap.
It is the ground game that was the engine of the Jets, with 157 delays won in total by the committee led by Tevin Coleman (16 races, 67 yards).
New York wins this Sunday. Houston wins the Draft.
