Earlier this week, we told you about an incident in Paris involving a Tesla Model 3 taxi that sent about 20 people to hospital, one of whom unfortunately died.
The driver then blamed the car and said that the car accelerated on its own and the brake pedal did not react, so he just tried to go around people and cars while the car slowed down.
Already at the time of the accident, many people expressed their distrust of the words of the driver and bet on human error, and now this version is becoming more likely after Tesla shared information from the crashed car.
All records of the car were handed over to the authorities in France, but according to them there are no indications of a technical error that caused the accident. However, the investigation is ongoing and the local government is awaiting an investigation to announce the specific causes of the incident.
The taxi company announced that they have stopped using all available Tesla Model 3 cars, which currently number almost 40, and this will remain so until the police investigation is completed.
