Viral on social media about the alleged disappearance of dozens of motorbikes during a concert at Hari’s moment Medan City’s 432th Anniversary. The Medan City Transportation Agency admitted that it had not received a report.
Reported from secondsNorth SumatraThe viral video was uploaded by the Instagram account @sumut.terkini. In the video, someone mentions that 63 motorbikes have disappeared at the Medan City Anniversary event.
“What happened last night was that 63 trains were lost at the Medan birthday concert. How much is it tonight. Medan is tough, boss,” said one person.
The video, which only lasts a few seconds, shows the atmosphere of motorbikes lined up parked at night. It is suspected that the parking situation is in the Merdeka Square area.
Confirmed separately, the Head of the Medan City Transportation Service, Iswar Lubis, admitted that so far there had been no reports regarding this matter. However, he suggested that victims who feel lost immediately make a report to the police.
“So far, in the parking lot that we provide there is no information about the loss of a motorbike. If there is indeed a victim and it is really missing, we will help the police,” he said when confirmed by detikSumut, Sunday (3/7/2022).
