Giza Investigation Police received a report, this morning, from a patient with the Coronavirus, saying that she had been harassed, and the security services moved to the place of the report, and the statements of the victim and eyewitnesses were heard, and a report was drawn up and the Public Prosecution was notified, which ordered the arrest of the accused.
The patient said: “I went to a hospital in Agouza for treatment from the Corona virus, and was detained for treatment, and despite my suffering with the disease, I did not recognize the infringement of the nurse, who works in a working team in the hospital, verbally against me, and tried to assault me physically.”
The nurse was faced with accusations of harassment of the victim while she was receiving treatment in hospital, and the rest of the investigations are being completed.
The victim said in the investigations that her family resides in the State of Qatar, and she was in the hospital with her aunt who was sick with Corona, and she was cured, then the student felt symptoms and a high temperature, so she went to the hospital for tests for the virus.
She said that the nurse asked me to do a massage on my body as a form of rehabilitation for treatment, and I was surprised that he had touched sensitive parts of her body, the subject of chastity – according to what she said in the report, so I left him and left the room.
The Giza Investigation Police received a report this morning from an Egyptian student studying at the University of Scotland, 23, accusing a nurse inside a private hospital in Dokki of assaulting her with harassment while she was in the hospital for treatment from Corona.
The security services moved to the place of the report, the statements of the victim and eyewitnesses were heard, the report was drawn up, and the Public Prosecution notified, which ordered the arrest of the accused.
