Telkom Justifies There Is IndiHome Service Disruption, This Is The Cause

KOMPAS.com – A number of users IndiHome in various regions in Indonesia complained about the existence disruption service internet on Friday (7/17/2020) morning around 09.00 WIB.

Internet connection is reportedly slow and even disconnected. Ganges reports come from several regions in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Tangerang, to Bali.

Telkom justifies the disturbance that the customer complains. Through messages as short as to KompasTekno, Vice President of Telkom Corporate Communication Arif Prabowo said the disturbance occurred at around 08.55 WIB.
