It was at 20.52 on Sunday night that the Emergency Medical Communication Center (AMK) was notified that a person had been injured inside a house on Bjørntvedt in Skien.
The victim was a boy in his teens from the Oslo area. AMK received the message from an acquaintance of the offended party.
The police are now working on the basis of several hypotheses, where self-harm, accidents and willful action are some. If anyone has information that may be relevant to the case, the police want tips on this on telephone 476 96 200.
When the police arrived at the scene, the boy had already been picked up by an ambulance and taken to hospital. The boy’s injuries and findings at the scene made the police decide to start an investigation.
– At present, the police can not say anything about who was in the house when the incident occurred or when the police arrived at the scene, the South-East police district writes in a press release on Tuesday afternoon.
The police have made findings at the scene that may be related to the injuries to the boy, but do not want to comment on this further.
Two men in their 20s are charged with grievous bodily harm. Both are from Skien and have a relationship with the offended.
Victims are still hospitalized.
