Police have arrested a teenager after a 15-year-old girl was stabbed on her way to school in south London this morning. The girl studied at John Whitgift School. On her way to school, she was attacked in front of a shopping center around 8:30 am today, writes GlasNews.bg.
Emergency services arrived immediately, but the girl was pronounced dead an hour later. Investigators say a 17-year-old boy was arrested around 9:45 a.m. afterward and was known to the victim.

An employee at a nearby mall said a friend of hers saw a group of students and adults running from the scene immediately after the stabbing. An investigation is underway and witnesses are being interviewed.
