NEW YORK — A teenager is being accused of fatally shooting a man in the head during a gang-related fight in Brooklyn last week, police said.
The 15-year-old allegedly shot 24-year-old Abdolaye Ba at the 640 Blake Avenue address in East New York around 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 21, according to the New York Police Department (NYPD). .
Police said the two got into a fight before the teen shot the man in the head.
Ba was hospitalized in critical condition and died a few days later, police said.
The teen was arrested Tuesday and faces charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.
