Warp Drive is a game from British indie developer Supergonk. It is a title that joins a number of other racing games on the Apple Arcade. Think of titles such as Sonic Racing, Agent Intercept, Super Impossible Road and Speed Demons. Still, this would be a game that is slightly different. In the game you have the possibility to teleport yourself around the track and race through exciting and colorfully vibrant new worlds. That is certainly different from what we are used to. In Warp Drive, players can instantly teleport or “warp” across the track to cut off pieces and find hidden routes. Take control of a quad rotor racer equipped with a warp module and compete in a series of high-speed tournaments to test your driving skills. Ride the ceiling, jump huge canyons and race up waterfalls in reverse racing combat. In between races, players can upgrade their vehicles and add more abilities to drift, boost and blaze their way to victory.
