The Swiss will vote on September 27 on five federal issues, including the tax inclusion of childcare costs by third parties. The Federal Council and Parliament want to reduce the possible deduction for childcare costs from 10,100 to 25,000 francs when both parents are working. A referendum was launched against the modification of this law. Opponents argue in particular that the project will lead to a change in tax revenues. / gtr
