The merger between Microsoft And Action Blizzard has gained more and more supporters and the Take two officially on this list.
The CEO of the company, Strauss Zelnickhe told al Yahoo who does not believe that the sale of Activision Blizzard will have a negative impact on Take two.
According to him, good games will continue to attract players no matter what Microsoft Do. Therefore, I’m safe on the merger.
“Ultimately, we trust consumers and if we create big hits, which is our business, consumers will show up and no one can take it away from us.” – She said Zelnick.

The shareholders of Activision Blizzard voted to approve Microsoft’s acquisition of the company in April of this year. More than 98% of the shares voted in the Special Meeting are in favor of the proposed transaction.
However, the vote does not mean that the deal will be completed, as it is still under investigation by the relevant governing bodies.
President Joe Biden’s antitrust officials’ speech is fueling investor fears that the deal may be stalled or subject to delay, even if it prevails.
Furthermore, the negotiation will need the approval of other governments, including the European Union and China. In this way, things still have to go through a lot of red tape until a final decision is made.
