As reported by the Freiburg Police Headquarters, a 41-year-old driver lost a good 20 kilometers north of the Swiss border while driving from Schluchsee after aha in control of his car in a curve. It came into oncoming traffic and crashed into the Swiss family’s properly driving minivan.
According to the police, the person causing the accident was critically injured in a collision. A helicopter flew him to a hospital. The affected road was closed for almost four hours after the accident.
