Suspect Wanted for Violent Attack and Theft in Manhattan Apartment

A suspect is wanted by the New York police for allegedly kicking down the door of an apartment to attack a woman and steal thousands of dollars from her in Manhattan.

According to police, the events occurred on October 5 in an apartment located on East 49th Street and Third Avenue, in Midtown.

The subject kicked the door to enter.

A 33-year-old woman was in the apartment.

The victim allegedly tried to defend herself and began to fight with the man who hit her repeatedly and caused head injuries.

After the attack, the subject stole $5,000 from the apartment and the victim’s cell phone.

The NYPD released an image of the man who fled the scene in a black Nissan Rogue.
