Police in Denmark hunted down a perpetrator after a pregnant woman was found murdered last week. A 24-year-old man has now been arrested.
He reports Extra magazine Monday morning.
The man was arrested without incident at 09.11.
– The arrested man is suspected of having committed the murder of the 37-year-old woman. The investigation into the case is still fully underway and there are still several things to clarify, Deputy Police Inspector Kim Løvkvist said in a press release.
The man is an Afghan citizen. She was also the 37-year-old woman.

The incident in Holbæk occurred shortly after 11pm last Thursday.
The woman had finished work and had just gotten into the car when she did he was attacked and killed by multiple stab wounds.
A colleague tried to intervene and stop the offender, but eventually had to run for help.
The woman was taken to the hospital with severe injuries and was later pronounced dead.
The child survived
On Friday night, Løvkvist said the baby in the woman’s stomach survived, and so on the little boy is fine.
– The message is that the baby is fine under these circumstances. It’s a small and vulnerable size, but it looks promising so far.
It is unknown how far the woman was pregnant, or more details on the condition of the baby.
