According to the survey, 59% of French people think that women are as talented as men to work in the Tech. The result of the survey reveals that 58 % admit that they would not encourage their daughter to go into a digital profession. For 59%, they fear that digital professions will be too much research with the risk of being clogged. 58% consider that these are very expensive training and schools or studies that are too long for 44%. Finally, 41% think that these are very anxiety et difficult for women. Fortunately, certain attitudes are changing. Thus, for the 42% who would steer their daughter towards a career in Tech, the first reason given by 74% is the rise of digital professions. For 68%, the wages are also more interesting and 61% think that the place of women in Tech will naturally increase in the future.
