Super Bowl winners, scores and champions of each NFL season

There is only one game left of the 2022 NFL season. Here’s a look at the rich history involving the 28 franchises that have reached the Super Bowl.

On February 12 in Glendale, AZ, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles will face off in Super Bowl LVII. The Chiefs beat the Bengals in a close game and earned their ticket to the AFC Championship Game, while the Eagles dismantled a quarterback-short 49ers team to win the NFC. One of them will now try to put his name on the long list of Super Bowl winners.

The Chiefs and Eagles haven’t just been to the Super Bowl in recent years, every team has won one. Kansas City won Super Bowl LIV in 2020, while the Eagles toppled the Patriots behind Nick Foles in an unforgettable Super Bowl LII affair in 2018.

This is just a sampling of Super Bowl winners. A look at the results of the previous 56 Super Sundays.
